In January 2002 St Thomas’s Community Network officially became a Company Limited by Guarantee with Charitable Status. As there were still projects operating under the old Trust it did not start operating as a company until January 2003 by which time the Directors had become Trustees as we were once again registered as a charity.

There are twelve active Trustees made up of people from the local community with a variety of experience to contribute. There is also an Advisory Group made up of representatives of local communities of benefit like the Primary Schools, Age Concern, Sure Start, the Primary Care Trust, the Police, and local sports groups who use our facilities. Ideas for development are fed into the Trustees meetings from the Advisory Group
