What to Expect

You can expect the opportunity to discuss and investigate your aims, ambitions and needs in a confidential, impartial friendly atmosphere with qualified staff who have access to up to date information, advice and guidance provided by Dudley IAG resource unit. You will be offered support with action planning, CV and identifying transferable skills to enable you to plan ahead. You will be offered the opportunity to make use of the internet to investigate employment, training and other options.

In an Advice and Guidance interview a summary or action plan will be provided.

Clients are assured that any information given will be held in confidence and not passed on without the clients' permission. Clients will be asked to sign the summary or action plan and given to them.

We can arrange child care, age range 6 months to 4.5 years, providing we know in advance that you require the facility and that a space in the Nursery is available. A charge for childcare will be made.

Refreshments can be purchased from the canteen between the hours of 9.30am - 1.30pm.
